Tom Qualley is the CEO of Sovereign Select LLC. In 2006, after studying business in his hometown of Green Bay, Tom began working in the insurance industry. From day one he specialized in senior market health and life insurance. Tom was later promoted to agent training and eventually sales direct to consumers.
Founded in 2009, Sovereign Select’s mission is to empower people on Medicare and to educate those who qualify while offering a variety of top quality supplemental products to meet client need. That mission is still strong today. We encourage consumers to be proactive in learning about the different types of insurance available and to use us as their resource.
Jerry has worked most of his adult life in the entertainment industry in various capacities, the last 15 years being in live church production. With that background, he is very comfortable assisting people from all walks of life.
Jerry has recently navigated the vast Medicare “JUNGLE” of misinformation with many weeks of sleepless nights. After this experience, he felt a strong need to assist with educating and demystifying the Medicare path for others so that they may have a less stressful experience at this important time of their lives.
Jerry is happily married to Debra, his high school sweetheart, with 2 sons, 2 daughters, 8 grandchildren and 2 rescue dogs. They love to venture out to see new places and experience new things. Jerry loves teaching, mentoring, and helping people out. He is excited to bring that passion to the Medicare field.

Julie is a licensed independent and unbiased health insurance agent representing Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plans. With a degree from UW-Madison and over 25 years experience in the medical field, Julie is qualified to help make the process of signing up for Medicare as pain-free as possible.
Julie will educate you on the different plans available, review pricing options and assist in choosing the Medicare plan that works best for you. In addition, she will provide you with outstanding customer service before, during and after the process. Julie works with people turning 65, retiring and those who are currently on a Medicare plan that would like to review and/or change it.
On a personal note, Julie is happily married with a daughter that lives in Seattle. They love to travel together and make lasting memories. Julie is also an avid dog lover, just ask her about Harper and Mocha. Julie is excited to bring her passion and knowledge to the Medicare field.
Pete has more than forty years of experience providing insurance solutions with a specialization in helping seniors navigate the complex market of insurance. Pete prides himself on helping people find affordable options that align with their needs.
Pete is certified to sell Medicare products including Medicare Advantage, Medicare supplements, long-term care and dental insurance. He lives in Menomonee Falls with his wife of 49 years and has three children and nine grandchildren.
With more than twenty years of experience in the financial industry as a financial and investment advisor, Irina provides customized client solutions and independent financial services to her clients. She has helped hundreds of families accomplish their financial and insurance coverage goals and believes her experience in the financial services are the fundamental keys to her success.
By building long-term relationships with her clients, Irina creates a foundation of trust and a culture designed to promote ongoing education and understanding of concepts that have traditionally been perceived as complex and intimidating. In her spare time, Irina enjoys gardening, reading and going up north with her family and friends.
Kristin began working in the insurance industry in 2017 after spending fifteen years working for a local radio station in Milwaukee. As much as she loved working in the media, she knew that it was time for a change. Something new and something outside of her comfort zone. That is when Kristin joined Sovereign Select as an independent agent.
Kristin’s journey in the world of insurance has been extremely rewarding. She loves getting to know her client’s on a personal level and help them navigate the world of insurance and Medicare to ensure their coverage aligns with their needs. Kristin currently lives in New Berlin with her husband and two children. She enjoys family campaign trips and the company of her many pets!
Tom was in the newspaper business for over 20 years with companies like the Chicago Tribune, New York Times, Gannett Company and the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. In 1987, Tom started selling insurance because he enjoys helping people navigate the space and ensure their specific needs are met with the right coverage. Tom has a license in Life, Health, Property, and Casualty insurance.
Tom attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and majored in Applied Mathematics and Physics. In his spare time, Tom loves to spend time with his grandchildren.
Hanifa has been a licensed insurance agent for over seven years and possesses over fifteen years of insurance verification experience. She was the point of contact in patient relations roles at an urgent care clinic, outpatient therapy clinic and two durable medical equipment companies. Throughout her career, Hanifa was responsible for looking into insurance plans, documenting coverage and reporting any out of pocket costs to her patients in advance of receiving services.Hanifa’s career as an agent started out in the employee supplemental benefit market before she transitioned into a broker in 2015. Hanifa joined Sovereign Select in 2017 as she was seeking local support to help grow her insurance business. Helping others navigate this world of insurance brings her so much gratification and she looks forward to serving many others as well.
Jim is an independent agent willing to take the time to sit down to discuss Medicare Health Plan options available, which may include traditional and privatized plans as well as prescription drug coverage. Individuals turning 65 are often flooded with information on Medicare, Medicare Health Plans and so on. It can be very confusing and he’s here to help. Initial conversations will be educational and once comfortable Jim helps his clients make an informed decision.
